Daniel brings in more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, both as investor and entrepreneur. He was paramount in the creation of the leading European private hospital operator, Générale de Santé (now Ramsay Santé) that he presided for 10 years. He later acted as CEO in many major companies before founding Vivalto Santé, of which he took over the role of CEO. He designed and delivered the accelerated growth strategy that transformed a regional platform of 3 private hospitals in Brittany in 2009 into the #3 private hospital operator in France and the first to become a “Société à Mission” (French equivalent of certified B Corporation) in France. In parallel, Daniel founded and remains the reference shareholder of several regional nursing homes groups in France and abroad. Daniel is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He is fluent in both French and English.

Yonel has more than 20 years of experience in private equity (Abénex, Qualium, Bpifrance). He was previously Managing Director at Bpifrance where he was notably in charge of the investments in Vivalto Santé (MSO), DomusVi (nursing homes) and Neovia (Life Sciences), actively involved in day-to-day monitoring and operational assistance to management teams and founders. Yonel is a graduate of Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (Master 225 – Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering) and Lancaster University. He is fluent in French ,English, Spanish, Portuguese and Swedish.

Sébastien has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, initially in biopharmaceutical groups (IQVIA, Abbott and Neovacs), then as sector expert at Société Générale. He previously acted as Partner in charge of healthcare investments at UI Investissement where he notably executed and monitored the investments in Domidep (nursing homes), Almaviva and GBNA (MSO), Elivie (home assistance), Théradial (nephrology), Pharmatis (CDMO) and Excellence Imagerie (radiology). Sébastien holds a PhD in Pharmacy and is a graduate of HEC Paris (MsC in Entrepreneurship). He is fluent in both French and English.

Laurent has 14 years of experience in M&A and private equity (Rothschild, Bpifrance, Mubadala). He notably worked on the investments in Vivalto Santé (MSO) and Néovia (Life Science), and the active monitoring of those portfolio companies. Laurent has a generalist profile with relevant experiences in healthcare and has worked on a dozen of leveraged buy-out transactions. Laurent is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris from which he holds a MsC in Finance & Strategy and later was a teacher there for 7 years. He is fluent in French, English and Portuguese.

Charles-Eric has 15 years of experience in M&A and private equity (Lazard, Rothschild, Colony Capital) where he participated in numerous transactions for a cumulated amount of more than €10bn. With a generalist investment background, Charles-Eric notably executed many leveraged buy-out transactions structured as OpCo / PropCo. Charles-Eric is a graduate from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (Master 225 – Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering) and Cornell (MsC in Hospitality Management). He is fluent in both French and English.

Pierre-Henri has more than 30 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, hospital management and medical devices. Founder and previous CEO of Bordeaux’s sport clinic, he is also the co-inventor of an implant for shoulder arthroplasty for the american leader of joint implants, Exactech. Pierre-Henri holds a PhD in orthopedic surgery from University Paul Sabatié (Toulouse III).

Georges joined Vivalto Partners in October 2021. He previoulsy worked for 3 years at BPI France where he was involved in the monitoring of the participations in Vivalto Santé (MCO) and DomusVi (EPHAD) besides Yonel Génin. Georges graduated from HEC Paris and ENSAE Paristech. He is fluent in both French and English and conversational in German and Spanish.

Before joining Vivalto Partners as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Pauline spent 6 years in the expertise-advisory department of Grant Thornton, were she helped several private equity actors in their accounting and financials obligations/duties. She then joined IQ-EQ as an outsourced CFO. She graduated from IAE Paris with an accounting and finance master and holds a diploma of certified accountant and statutory auditor.

Etienne joined Vivalto Partners in January 2024, following an internship at the company. Prior to this, he gained experience in venture capital (Iris Capital) and private equity (Deutsche Private Equity, Extens), where he contributed to investments in e-health. Etienne graduated from ESCP. He is fluent in French, English and German.

Maxime joined Vivalto Partners in February 2024, following an internship at the company. Prior to this, he gained experience in strategy consulting (Simon Kucher, Indefi), where he contributed to projects for a CDMO, a CRO, and an elderly care company. Maxime graduated from EDHEC and Toulouse School of Economics. He is fluent in both French and English.
