Founded in 2009 by Daniel Caille, Vivalto Santé is the #3 actor in French private hospitalization. For 10 years, the group molted from a regional actor operating with only 3 Brittany clinics to a pan European leader in patient services implanted in France, Portugal, Spain, Swiss and Central Europe with more than 90 facilities, 20 000 caregivers and 6 000 liberal doctors practicing all common specialties in medicine, surgery and mental health.

In 2022, Vivalto Santé accelerated its growth strategy and initiated (i) a strong internationalisation movement and (ii) pursued the diversification of its patient services offering in France adding 7 clinics to its portfolio.
